GPO CONTRACTOR CONNECTION REGISTRATION

This registration is required for any company that wants to do business providing print or media services and supplies to the GPO or it's customer agencies; once completed and approved you will be issued a GPO contractor code.

QATAP EVALUATION AND CERTIFICATION ISSUED THROUGH THE GPO

We guide you through submitting samples of your work and product offerings to the GPO for their QATAP program where you will receive a quality evaluation and rating; then your company can simply quote work through the Contractor Connection system and not the traditional open-bid method.

SIMPLIFIED PURCHASE AGREEMENT (SPA)

We complete and submit the required documents to the proper agencies and help secure a SPA agreement for your business.

The Simplified Purchase Agreement (SPA) is a streamlined printing procurement vehicle for use by the U.S. Government Publishing Office's Federal customer agencies. Customer agencies will be able to acquire publishing and information products and services valued up to $10,000 from local commercial vendors.
